Hi I think u r complaining abt ur neck & inter scapular muscle pain , it may be coz of ur work load. U can find a best Physiotherapist thru Practo app near by u & take a Physiotherapy treatment for 10-12 sessions & do recommend ed exs . It ll help a lot.
