Hello, first is take your Thyroid medicines daily with out skipping any diet. Coming to food habits there is no special foods you need to take during pregnancy. Avoid taking coffee or tea frequently, fish is good for both baby and you, take three usual 3 meals a day along with small snacks in between. Eat make of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, have a cup of milk daily, avoid oily and junk foods.
