Hello practo user I can understand your concerns regarding your problems . It seems that there is some past negative stressful event which is unresolved and contributing to these distressing symptoms . It is suggested that you try and practice meditation and deep breathing on a regular basis as it can help increase your focus , try and maintain a thought journal in which you can mention atleast 3 positive events of the day which have happened . Try and talk to your close family members or friends and engage in various activities with them to help you distract yourself. Go for exercise or walks as it releases natural dopamine which makes you happy . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a proper diagnosis and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
