Banana shake and cholesterol
I have recently replaced my breakfast with banana shake. I add 2 bananas, double toned milk, honey, 2 walnuts and 5 almonds. I am on statin medicine because of high cholesterol. Is my breakfast routine bad for my cholesterol?

Hi I just want to mention that your breakfast should not be same daily. There should be variety of breakfast meals which provide lot of  nutrients required by the body. As one type of breakfast meal doesn't provide nutrients required by the body daily And the breakfast you are telling doesn't have the carbohydrates and vegetable sources so you taking fruits nuts and milk which is not right for daily basis. No harm to take But take variety of break fast daily diffrent So you will get daily different nutrients You need to take balance diet with regular exercise for 30 min
