Barley water recipe.
I have barley, but don't know how to make it. Like how much quantity(vol) of barley and water should be added in order to make barley water. For example - how many litres of water should I add to 100 gms of barley? Because I will boil it and hence the quantity of water is going to get reduced.

Plz take 2 litres of water . Put 100 gm barley in it . Soak fr sm hours as 2-3 . Boil it at high then on low flame fr sm 10-15 mintues . You can add lemon n small quantity of Honey to it . Sip it throughout the day as u like hot warm or cold . Don’t repeat this daily . Do twice or thrice a week .
