You can start having the diet rich in B vitamins without vitamin B12 and vitamin B8 like leafy greens (spinach, turnip greens, collard greens,lettuce) and most of the legumes like black beans, chickpeas, soyabeans, lentils, soya nuts, kidney beans, green peas.
Animal proteins like chicken, beef, pork, egg, milk, curd are the rich sources of vitamin B12 and vitamin B8.
