Bed time stomach pain
Ihave ibs constipation. My prikriti vata pitta.I have night time bed time pain due to gas center of stomach just above naval occur. I have taken bed time avipattikar churn,ajmodadi churn,liv 52ds,unienzyme tablet,arogyavardhini vati, ajmidadi churnBut still gas i have to take aciloc 150 mg bed time with panchsakar churn since 1 year and again in morning because no motion until again i take same medicine like Bed time. In Ayurveda bed time swarn sootsekhar ras or sansamati vati will be better. Which one should i take. My stool comes sticky. My skin burn under sun and in home also. My blood heat. Whole body pain also. No fever.my stomach pain due to excess vata in body due to anxiety .endoscopy and many test negative.

Can take Swarna sootshekhar ras. Can take Ojus syrup 20ml twice a day after food for 10 days. Syp. Acivin 15 ml twice a day after food for 10 days. Can take Gulkand 1-2 tbsf with milk or water twice a day for 30 days. Can take Sitopalasava 4 tbsf twice a day after food with 4tbsf lukewarm water. Have buttermilk during the daytime regularly.

Drink plenty of water daily. Avoid bakery products like bread, biscuits, etc. Include leafy green vegetables in diet. Have a walk for 5-10 mins after meals. Exercise regularly. Proper sleep. Meditation & Yoga.
