Hello sir my sister has been suffering from Bell, s palsy for 2 months. Please let me know the food which have to avoid or take to cure this disease.

Hi First and foremost decrease your stress levels if any as stressing more is the sure way to slow down your recovery to Bell’s palsy.. So stressless .... Dietary advise : Incorporate these natural foods to your everyday diet such as Kale ( rich in protein, packed with antioxidants and phytonutrients and fibre) , and vitamin B12 rich foods like Egg, meat, poultry, shellfish, milk and milk products , fortified with vitamin B12 products like whole cereal grains etc...and along with these a vitamin B12 may be essential for nerve restoration...

Hi. There is no permanent cure for Bell’s palsy, it usually takes 3-5 months for full recovery. It is recommended to avoid hard foods, sticky and chewy foods. Include lot of good protein foods which are soft and easy to eat- like boiled egg whites, moong khichdi, paneer, curd, peas, dal soups. Stay well hydrated and follow doctors advice for facial exercises.
