Her weight is in normal range. For maintaining take 3 main meal and 2-3snacks per day. Add plenty of water. Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hello user Her BMI is under normal range -Suggest small frequent meals -Set reminders for drinking water -Ensure good quality protein in all meals -To improve appetite, she may try 1 Tbsp ginger juice - Do not concentrate on quantity, pay attention on quality of food Thank you
