Your SYMPTOMS suggest gastritis with ulcers with possible bleed. Have u undergone any endoscopy. The hoe black is the stool. Of possible share the pic of the stools. Any ULTRASOUND if done please share. Is there any vomitings.

Next Steps

avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks etc. High fibre diet.
