Note is made of focal dehiscene of left lamina papyracea.

CT findings are not much of importance unless they correlate with clinical findings. If you have associated nasal obstruction, nasal discharge for long time then it can be confirmed as significant and surgery may be necessary. If you do not have any symptoms then CT findings are considered insignificant
