Hello sir! The condition is called as 'Generalized chronic gingivitis' which occurs due to local irritational factors like plaque and calculus. Gums get loosen and start bleeding in this condition. Complete general scaling(cleaning) is must. Bleeding will get reduced after scaling and polishing. Scaling and polishing costs around 1000 to 2000.
