Don't drink alcohol untill the issue is solved, you should also avoid deep fried items. Rich curry of vegetables also should take as minimum as you can have. Early sleep & early wakeup, 2times for 45 mins, untill your issue is not solved, walking at a high pace can be helpful, but your stop watch should say 45min while walking. You can contact me for Customised Diet and exercise plan.

Hy, Bloating or distension or feeling gassy could be due to multiple reasons like unhealthy GUT,unclear bowel movements, food intolerance or a weak digestion. Once the cause of your bloating can be ascertained the treatment and diet plan will help. To start off you can maintain a food diary to rule out any food intolerances.Limit your wheat intake and also milk intake. These are usually difficult to digest incase you have a weak GUT.You can have a glass of warm water with a pinch of dry ginger powder after about half an hour of your meals. This is very helpful in settling the indigestion and also helps in fat mobilisation. Hope this helps you to some extent. Feel free to connect. Thank you

Hi First of all I want to mention that you have to lose some kilos to shred out the fat from your belly and for the gas issues you need to meet me for a counseling session so that I can take out the reason what's causing the gastric issue in your body. _________________________ If the diet is not the reason then I would recommend you to meet a doctor in a next step. _________________________ But I would recommend you to visit any Dietician prior to assess your diet and know the reason. It's the body in which you have to live in so always take care of it and start responding and book an appointment with Dietician
Next Steps
Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for assessment  and personalized diet plan if required

Hello. It can happen if your digestive system does not do appropriate job. Changing the way you eat can help. Start maintaining a food dairy with incidences of bloating. Don’t staying hungry, have smaller meals in evening and dinner at least 2 hours prior to bed. Avoid spicy food at night. Follow it for few days and if you don’t see much improvements, contact me with food dairy I’m asking you to maintain. Weight loss is not a big deal, you should have a healthy digestive system first. Regards
