Bloating / not flat stomach
I'm 15. I'm done growing for the most part and have gone through puberty almost completely. I cut out the carbs, junk food, starches, and unhealthy fats. I workout. I do cardio and build muscle. I did this and it didn't work. The only time I have a flat stomach is when I eat like 500 calories a day. My stomach is literally bloated any other time and I'm so tired of not having a flat stomach like I used to. Idk what to do.
