Hello, bleeding gums could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Bleeding can be caused by infection of gums. The deposits(tartar) has bacteria and can cause inflammation of gums and bleeding. You need a professional cleaning.

You need a professional cleaning of your teeth done. That will help with the removal of tartar and plaque which is not removed on regular brushing. The presnce of plaque causes inflammation of the gums which further leads to bleeding of the gums.
Get scaling done. Brush twice a day ude floss for interdental cleaning. In addition you can suppliment with food that are rich in vit c like lime lemon oranges etxc.
