I get high blood pressure and anxiety, palpitations after eating meat or non - veg food in more quantity that is spicy . Is it ok to take it or should i stop eating non- veg.

Hi, are you on any regular medications? Let me know, because certain types of meats & wine can have adverse interaction with some regular medications.
Secondly, spicy foods cause increase gastric acid secretion, acid reflux, both of which can trigger heartburn & anxiety. So, better avoid spicy food for a while

Along with spicy food,you should also avoid having red meat and caffeinated drinks like (coffee, tea and cold drinks). It is however ok to have 2 cups of green tea in a day.

So you can't stop that .... Why there is a increase blood pressure after a meal...let's have check ..

Well for the time now take T. Inderal 20 mg before any such meal...
