Blood with BM’s
I’ve been experiencing blood when I have a bowel movement. Toilet paper is covered in red blood with small clots. The toilet has some blood in it as well. No pain but blood. Is this something I need to go to the ER for?

Ruptured capillaries or damaged mucous membrane inside rectum. Hard stools while passing may be the cause. Proper lipids in food soften the bowel movement. Like milk and butter. Fibre rich diet may damage more as it needs lots of water and lubricant to digest properly. Consult online or directly a doctor to know the cause and cure
