Hello There,.
I can understand your concern.
but what i do not understand is your concept of blood. there is nothing such as impure blood.
the blood is the most sterile thing in the body.
the blood never becomes impure.
also, there are products like safi which come with a label "blood purifier" its all false.
eat what ever you like.
and exercise daily . nothing will happen.
