Body growth issue
My age is 23 and I'm physically weak, thin. I eat alot but I won't see any growth in myself. And my height is not increasing its just 5.2 ft. And my weight is 46kg. I feel ashamed of myself when I see myself different and weak from other people. Please suggest what do I need to do.

Check your hormone levels and absorption and digestion issues. How is your eating habits? Take milk and it's products, soyamilk, dal and whole wheat roti, rice etc. Home-cooked foods. If you are non vegetarian then you can have eggs daily. Fish and chicken too.
