I am so slim, and I want to become healthy so I decided to do exercise and I am doing exercise in gym from last 3 month my instructor suggested me to take 'portion supplement' for height and health growth. So I want to know that the 'protion supplement' is safe for me...? There is any harmful side effects...?

Hi, first more details height weight etc needed. Second, you are in your teens, there is still lot of scope to increase your height. Do swimming, cycling, play basketball if possible or yoga stretches to increase height. To gain weight keep supplement as a last option. First, increase your meals, make them more rich by adding ghee, taking dried fruits with milk. Have 2 bananas daily. Get protein from food sources eggs, chicken, sprouts, rajma, chole, milk, paneer, curds etc. Also make sure to have lots of water when on high protein. Hope this helps.

Hello, instead of starting protein supplements first try to increase your weight by natural foods You can try following things: 1. Take three complete meals. Don't skip your meals. 2. Take 250 ml of milk three times a day. Morning, evening and at bedtime. 3. Take nuts like groundnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, dry coconut, figs, dates, dry dates on daily basis. 4. You can take one banana and one potato a day. 5. Add little ghee to your meals. Try these tips, you will definitely gain weight.
