Could be an organic medical issue like vertigo or some sort please get it checked or have an opinion of an MD if that is ruled out once then we could look into the psychological aspects of this But ruling out medical causes should be the first step

Kindly see a neurologist first to rule out any focal deficits/ organicity. Having told by the doctor that there is no physical deficits, you may see a clinical psychologist/ psychiatrist for detailed evaluation/ treatment for the needful.

Seems you are having something like a panic attack. Is this the first time you are experiencing something like this? However, other medical possibilities need to be ruled out first.
Next Steps
Check with a GP. If he/she suggests some investigations get it done. Once medical causes are ruled out you can see a psychiatrist and psychotherapist for panic and anxiety disorder (which is most likely the cause).

Hi I request you to please also mention few other details about your health issues like BP or migraine or diabetes or anything. If you dont have any primary health issue, then it is severe anxiety issue (psychosomatic). Also please  mention about your sleep and diet pattern in last one month First of all... DONT THINK THAT ANYTHING WILL HAPPEN TO YOU OR DONT PANIC ABOUT YOUR PRESENT OR FUTURE LIFE CONDITIONS. You must sleep well during this time to relax your central nerves system organically. I dont know if you are taking any medications. Please check with a psychiatrist in this regard. You need to meet a psychiatrist or psychotherapist as soon as possible. You are normal only. Something is making you worry and feel incomplete. We need to change your perception about that. That's all
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist or psychotherapist
