I am blessed with twins ,so wanted to know how can I increase my breast milk , so that my both babies can feed suffiviently , Because right now milk supply in breast is not sufficient as required for my babies So plz guide me what to consume to increase breast milk supply .

Increase liquids in diet you need to manage minimum 4-5 liters of liquids a day. A glass of liquid pre and post feeding. Include drumstick, beetel leaves, cumin seeds, Ajwaen , sauff, non veg in diet. You can start Shatawari. Consult me on Practo online consultation for a personalized diet plan.

Hi To increase the breast milk you can include galactogogues in your diet... few galactogogues foods are - 1. Fennel seeds 2. Makhana 3. Whole grains, especially oatmeal. 4. Dark, leafy greens (alfalfa, kale, spinach, broccoli). 5. Garlic. 6. Chickpeas. 7. Nuts and seeds, especially almonds. 8. Ginger. 9. Papaya. First of all congratulations... Take more and more liquids like soup , milk with protein supplement , water, cumin and carom seed water, plain water etc. have high protein diet. Consult directly for a healthy diet plan.
