My child is 10 months and  has eczema . Are there any vegetables / food I should avoid as I am breastfeeding? Also are some vegetables more beneficial?

Hi Food which you have avoid giving your baby are Peanuts, milk, soy, wheat, fish, and eggs. Foods which you should include in the diet for the baby are fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, such as olive oil, omega 3 fatty acids . For you there no diet restrictions .
