I am lactating 2.5 months old baby and i have been suffering from fishers after 1st delivery that is since 4 years. so now i cant take dairy and non veg products can u please suggest me daiy diet for healthy feeding. thank u

Drink 3-4 litres of water per day .
Choose high fibre veg like plantain stem , gourd veg, leafy greens , karamani, avarakkai,green beans , chow chow in the regular diet .
Walk for 30 mins daily . Movement helps in improving bowel habits .
Include dal , fish , nuts , pumpkin seeds , flaxseed powder , millets , mint coriander chutney for calcium .
