Bulging tummy
I never had such tummy before. From last 5-6 months I started gaining fat only in my belly and nowhere else. My hands and legs were the same as befor. But there is sudden increase of belly fat. I am 24 years old female.

Did your diet change in the last 6 months? Did you suddenly stop exercising? If yes, then kindly resume your earlier routine
Next Steps
- Avoid all types of fried food items - Avoid bakery products like khari, butter, toast, cakes, pastries - Avoid junk food - preferably have only home cooked food

- Start reducing portion size of each meal e.g from 4 rotis to 3. - Eat 6 meals (3 big meals breakfast lunch dinner & 3 mid meals - mid morning, early evening & late evening)
