Treat your digestion. U r having constipation and approaching towards fissure. If not treated properly may result in anal fistula. So restrict ur fastfood intake if any, take easily digestible food, fruits like papaya and avoid spices. To get rid of burning sensation after defecation u may take hot fomentation. Feel free for further suggestions.

For your age, do you exercise? If not start doing exercises. Avoid spicy and hot food. Are you sleeping well ? Drink warm water if possible for few days. Don't strain while passing bowels, do not sit for a long time on toilet seat, even if needed you can go multiple times, but DO NOT STRAIN. Drink milk 5 ml + ghee 1 tsf just before you take you lunch and dinner. Eat more fibrous food, more salaad. Take triphala churna as needed if constipated.

Most likely you are suffering from anal fissure. Anal fissure can be conveniently treated without surgery by graded kshar karma treatment. In this treatment; graded kshar - a specialized ayurvedic medicine is applied in fissure region. This medicine debrides teh fissure and induces healing. Usually 3-5 graded kshar karma sittings are required for complete healing of fissure at weekly intervals. This is an opd procedure and no hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. Now you should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) followed by application of some soothing ointment or coconut oil in anal region. For easy evacuation of bowel; you should take some stool softening medicine like haritaki powder etc. For further support, you may contact Sushruta ano rectal institute.
