Calorie intake has to be calculated according to one's height ,weight, activity patterns. To loose weight , calorie deficit is created by taking a diet (less in calories than what is calculated TDEE Total daily energy expenditure). Gymming helps to burn calories n create calorie deficit making results appear faster.

Hello Sulagna , first understand it’s not always calories that will show you results . It’s like what are your eating habits , how much you take care of your nutrition , your lifestyle is active or sedentary, any thyroid or other medical issue etc . Lots of other things we need to calculate . Think about all these . You have to eat 3-400 less calories atleast from your required daily intake to get some results . Take care .
