carpal tunnel syndrome is due to compression of a nerve so as recommended go for finger exs along with median nerve stretch. visit a good physio who practices nerve mobilisation and can also teach you how to stretch it urself at home. taping can also be effective in carpal tunnel. there are no fixed and specific handouts, a physiotherapist customises exercises diffrently as per the requirement of patient. so i would suggest you to visit a good physio. regards.
