Cellulite after c sec
Despite of eating right,I m gaining more weight in form of cellulite,love handles n no more tight skin.. would it going to be easy to loose this cellulite after c sec,,going for a dietician would be a good option or should go for physiotherapist coz I have bulgy belly also N easily got tired after Lil walk

Hello, do some regular physical activity of your choice to burn at least 500 calories daily to reduce 5 kg every month. Beside this cut down your calories from food by avoiding high fat,high carbs,high calorie foods and avoid carbs in dinner as well as restrict during the days also. Keep proper hydration.
