Do regular exercises so that your cervical and upper limb muscles maintain proper strength and flexibility.Avoid same position for long time

Hopefully u have been doing long term physiotherapy and core rehab by now under professional guidance.then u can make an attempt for short duration drive initially.also ensure u keep ur elbows bend and not straight while driving.sit in an upright posture.no slouching or taking head forward or bending,heavy helmets may provoke pain to irritate the nerve.so avoid heavy helmets.
