Cervical radiculopathy
I have been having constant neck shoulder and arm pain on right side since one and half year I have tried everything around Physiotherapy the orthopaedic consultation and and medicines and also yogic exercises but nothing has helped me great my xrays fine with no disc space thinning and all MRI shows no nerve compression

Are you diabetic? If yes it may be diabetic radiculopathy if not. Then see if it is trapezitis or facet joint distinction. If still not conclusive and after all possible differential diagnosis,when the reason is not know then it is called idiopathic pain. Instead of trying to identifying the reason go for symptomatic treatment like tens, nerve block etc.
