Upper back pain; pain radiating to arm
Pain in the upper left back, with pain radiating into the left arm till fingers Pain can be described as "sharp" or "pins-and-needles" in cervical region. General dull ache and numbness in the left arm along with Weakness in the left shoulder, arm and hand.

It may be due to cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy ,try to get physiotherapy done for 10 to 15 days

You can use cervical collar, try to take rest on and off

use cervical pillow to maintain normal cervical lordosis, isometric cervical exercises need to be done for 3 to 6 months
