My problem is cervical spontnites and ibs last 2 years but now is vary worst pain shoulder neck head all body joint and stomach hurts gastritis constipation burning and vitamin deficiency how to recover from it all with in 2 months please hlep me and all this problem are cureable or not give me all madician and exercises and home remedies please put it in massage 🙏 please

Cervical spondylisis is degerative disease occurs in cervical spine means neck region. In advance stage , due to nerve root irritation u may feel numbness or tingling in ur upper limb
But don't worry nothing serious.
