Chest pain between breast

Form 5days I m fealing little pain in my middle chest when I move and get up.. feeling heavy between breast some times.. why this happening..and 12 days back I had trip for 2 days in car..

Hello....... Bending and lying down can make GERD symptoms and discomfort worse, particularly right after eating. Cardiac chest pain continues to hurt, regardless your body position. However, it can also come and go throughout the day, depending on the severity of angina.Get an ecg to be in safer side and consult general physician.
