I have chest pain from 7 years.when I sleep I won't come when I get up after 1hour I feels some pain. Some days it is horrible.some days it is quite low if I involve in reading for any exams I won't come across any pain.if I bored or compares me with others feels pain.if i completely involve in work I won't get any sort of pain . Sometimes unconsciousness for a fraction of second and vibration of muscles.please give a solution.i don't know whether it is psychological or body pain.

Hello,
7 years is a long time. You need to get yourself examined and get treated rather suffering from it. It can be muscular or somatization or anything else. A detailed evaluation will help.

Might be you have psychological origin of your pain symptoms. But you have to consult a cardiologist first. If he clears then you must consult a psychiatrist as it might be because of anxiety.

get it done if reports are normal it could be psychological
