Last night I got chest pain dizziness , mild sweating back pain n Extreme thirst Is this d symptoms of heart disease??? 2 weeks before took chest X-ray n ecg both were normal Then do still I have hear prblm plz help me by replying

No unlikely because of heart disease.It could be related to anxiety.
