Cholesterol and triglycerides problem
Hi, Im 5.7 and weight is 87 and having cholesterol of 262 and triglycerides of 580...Im very worried pls help me... how to get it under control.

Take almonds and flaxseeds daily to reduce LDL cholesterol. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for cholesterol management.
