Cholesterol issue!
Hi. My LDL is in the borderline and HDL is just less than min required range. I am also having high BP issue for which I am taking tab once in a day. Even, my FBS was just on the borderline. But, now it's 93. Could suggest me any food so that my HDL should be balanced including other Lipid profile issues too?

Hi take fistful of almonds and walnuts mixed daily. Add 2 tsp of ground flax seed powder, have seafood often and switch to rice bran oil. All of this should help to increase your HDL levels. Avoid deep fried and junk foods. Have lots of fiber in your diet and drink 2 liters of water. For a more personalized diet plan ping me for an appointment.
