Sir, I am obese with 104kgs with height 5.11 I am 32 years old, Male. I am suffering with cholesterol 221, triglycerides 149 and HDL as 40 and more LDL. I saw a video on YouTube, its about weight loss with cinnamon tea. Please tell me the detail usage benefits for me in present condition. Shall I Take it or not. Thanks

Take almonds and flaxseeds daily to reduce LDL cholesterol , triglycerides, cholesterol .take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Cinnamon does help in weight loss..But will not be helpful for curing high cholestrol..You need to loose weight keeping in mind your cholestrol levels.. Advise you to take proper guidance from a dietician for loosing weight and controlling the cholestrol levels.
