I'm afraid of closed small rooms, metro trains, i feel nervousness in these situations where i find difficult to esacpe. My mother too have similar problem.

This problems needs therapy to eradicate it.Consult psychologist immediately in ur area and take help.
It shows that u may suffer from over mental stress, anxiety etc.U have yo control these also.All phobia's are originating from anxiety of our mind.
U must be confident and learn how to deal worse conditions in life.
It might be claustrophobia. You need to seek help of a therapist to help you get to the root cause of it and then help you overcome your anxiety and phobia.
