Clinical diagnosis is pemphigus vulgaris

Asked for Female, 54 Years

I having ulcers in mouths and after local ent examin showed small blisters in deep pharynx. And guided to dermatologist. Afters starting his medicine feeling weak and muscle pain and swelling in face. Please guide me what to do
