Hello, Coconut water is rich in electrolytes & helps in hydrating & replenishing the electrolytes in the body. It is best to have coconut water mid-meals or after exercise or workout as it helps in replenishing the body's fluid & electrolyte requirement. During winters also it is safe to consume coconut water but if you are someone who is sensitive to cold then you need to be careful of its intake. You can have it in the day time instead of evening then. As coconut water is rich in potassium those with renal issues and high potassium levels need to be careful of their parameters consult an expert for the same. Coconut water is a natural hydrating drink and because of this property it to some extent helps in improving skin health.

The best time to drink any form of liquids is right  30mins before and after physical activity, the rate of absorption of liquid is faster during this time. I would suggest to reduce your intake during winters, fluid accumulation in the body increases marginally during the winter time as there is no heat / sun for the body to perspire. Otherwise it is safe to drink during winters. Coconut water will keep hydrated which in turn reflect on your skin. There are no scientific evidence of coconut water to help in anti-ageing, or else you would find coconut water to be the main ingredient in anti-ageing creams. Hope that answers your queries.

coconutwater can be a great way to rehydrate after a hard, sweaty workout. Swap coconut water for a traditional sports drink and skip the added sugar, dyes, and other synthetic ingredients. If you are trying to lose weight, it might be best to opt for water instead. Seek out fresh, unprocessed coconut water to get the most antioxidants and a true taste of the tropics. Just 45 to 60 calories. Summer take morning or evening - because heat is high in afternoon the requirement is more in morning or post noon In winters any time but avoid post heavy meals. Coconut water is high in potassium so any1 with kidney problems should ask doctor before taking. Otherwise any1 normal can take coconut water any time its healthy.

Hello! Coconut water is great to help you stay well hydrated, and also has good balance of sugars, electrolytes to prevent dehydration and keep your stomach cool. These factors can have indirect effect on maintaining skin and hair health- hence contributing to anti aging. In summers, have it after you sunlight exposure - as there’s not much outdoor activity now due to lockdown, you can have it at anytime preferably with breakfast or after it. In winters , take it only during the day time, before 4pm, as it has tendency to aggravate colds and sinusitis issues in sensitive people. Keep a close check on coconut water consumption if you are diabetic or have any kidney issues.
