Hello, plenty of liquids like luckwarm nimbupani mosambi juice to be taken as it contains VIT c.tab cetrizine one at night for three to five days. Hot saline gargel before breakfast and dinner.
Tab ZIFI 200 two times a day for three to five days.avoid cold, spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.light diet to be taken till symptoms disappear ok.
