I have been having a back muscle pain from last 5 days right after few hours of sleep...
my muscles at the back of the ribs gets little bit swollen for few hours...
i don't have any idea what is going on with me..
may be it is caused by the cold air comming from fan
or any kind of sleeping problem.
sir please give me suggestion
what should i have to do now??

It can be postural muscle tightness and weakness. Do stretches for low back. Improve posture. Use ice packs for 10 mins three times a day. If pain persists consult Physiotherapist.
