Constant back pain
I have been having back for last one month. Visited to general physician.I,m asked to do Xray report after done several check up.In report it is found that[L5 is completely sacralized and disc space between l5-s1 is reduced].I have been referred to orthopedic doctor.I am taking medicine for last two weeks.Yesterday I.e 31st March we come to know I am having sugar(random) 120.Doctor changed medicine.But pain is still there.Please suggest what should U do next? Please help.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Usualy your orthopedician will reffer you to a physiotherapist for pain management and strengthening. So plz check your prescription. If not then you can check with any physio directly also.

Hi.... You may be able to avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics.... Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better. Build muscle strength and flexibility. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain..... ,,
