Constant belly pain
Hello sir,It's been 3 days that I hv been having pain in my belly and loose motion also..I feel the pain just before I wake up from the bed in the morning n in the afternoon also.

TABLET MEFTAL PLUS TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE DAYS OR AS REQUIRED.
AFTER LOOSE MOTION STOPS TAKE ONE COURSE OF OZ( OFLOXACILLIN+ORNIDAZOL) TWO TIMES FOR FIVE DAYS.
CAPSULE OCID-D BEFORE BREAKFAST AND DINNER FROM FIRST DAY TO THREE OR FIVE DAYS.
