Whenever I go out I have a headache I have dizziness n fear n anxiety,I fear crowded places,I feel I'm about to collapse at times..I only feel safe at home

You seem to be going through panic attacks. Please remember that you are still alive and nothing happened to you when you went out recently (if that's the case). You can go a short distance and come back before you feel fearful again.
