Constant lower back pain
Suffering from lower back pain for 18 months Seen several doctors and 100 physiotherapy sessions Lumber spine Mri report shows mild disc bulge with L5-s1 and nerve root compression Lower back exercising for 1 yr now Hot and cold compression Still not recovering considerably What will fluoroscopic epidural injection procedure cost me????

Do back extension every hour, lie on your stomach as many times in a day as you can and stop bending forward You do not need 100 PT sessions, right posture and back extension exercises along with core strengthening puts the disc back in place and the symptoms resolve in as good as 15 days with my patients
