Consumption of whey
I workout regularly for reducing the fat count and to increase muscles count, as you know for muscles protein is needed. As a vegetarian i need to know the best protein sources with no or less fat. Also pls let me know that whether i should take whey protein or not??

Best protein sources for you  are all milk and milk products, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer etc.you can take whey protein powder.
