Actually the normal dimensions of the front two incisors is 2mm longer than the adjacent incisor. If your front two teeths are only 2mm longer than the adjacent it is normal. If the teeths are longer than 2mm it might be a condition of deep bite. However a dental consultation is important to finalize the diagnosis
